Corporate Governance
Trevali's Board of Directors and Management are committed to the highest standard of corporate governance and monitor changing rules, regulations and best practices on a continuing basis. The Company's business and operating practices are stated in the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, which is applicable to all directors, officers and employees. The Code establishes a set of expectations and standards for the Company and its personnel with respect to ethical business practices, personal conduct, environmental, safety and occupational health practices, competition and fair dealings, and disclosure of information.
Trevali has also adopted a Reporting and Investigation Policy, and has partnered with ClearView Connects to provide a confidential incident reporting hotline, in order to provide an avenue for representatives to raise concerns with respect to actual or potential violations of law, regulations or company policy and to ensure that any concerns are acted upon appropriately.

Brendan Creaney
Chief Financial Officer

Brendan Creaney is a business administration professional with 15 years of experience in the mining and construction industry with a focus on finance, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and strategy. Before joining Trevali he spent 7 years at Goldcorp holding various progressive roles ending his tenure as Director of Corporate Development and Value Assurance. Prior to Goldcorp positions were held at Barrick and Novagold advancing the development of projects. Mr. Creaney holds a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Manchester and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Victoria.
Steven Molnar
Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Steven Molnar is responsible for all legal matters involving Trevali and its subsidiaries, in addition to providing leadership and direction on matters relating to corporate governance and enterprise risk management. Before joining Trevali, Steve practiced corporate and securities law at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where he provided advice on a variety of matters and transactions including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and public company reporting, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures and other commercial arrangements in the mining industry. Steve holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University. He is a member of both the British Columbia and Ontario Bars.
Russell Ball
Director

Russell Ball is the Managing Director at QDBS Resources Inc. and the former Chief Executive Officer and a director and Executive Chairman of Calibre Mining Corp. Previously, Mr. Ball was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Development of Goldcorp Inc., a role he assumed in March 2016 after initially joining Goldcorp Inc. in 2013 and serving as Executive Vice President of Capital Projects, Strategy and Corporate Development, including oversight of their primary growth projects. Prior to his role with Goldcorp Inc., he served in varying capacities for Newmont Mining Corporation, including Strategic and Business Planning, culminating with his appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is both a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa and a Certified Public Accountant in the USA.
